These terms apply to the Daily Marbles website and founding proof of concept. By using the site or purchasing access, you agree to these terms. Effective September 3, 2026.
The service
Daily Marbles provides short educational, entertainment, reflection, and general-wellness activities. Content, categories, schedules, access methods, and features may be changed, corrected, paused, or discontinued during the proof-of-concept period.
Founding Marble Pass
The advertised founding pass is a one-time $1 purchase for 30 days of access on the device and browser where access is activated, unless an account-based recovery feature is later provided. It is not an automatically renewing subscription. Taxes, if applicable, may be added by the payment processor.
For a duplicate or mistaken charge, contact hello@thedailymarbles.com promptly with the checkout email and transaction details.
Local access limitations
The founding version stores access and progress locally in the browser. Clearing data, using private browsing, changing browsers, or moving to another device may remove access or progress. This limitation is disclosed as part of the low-cost proof of concept.
Educational and entertainment content
Content is provided for general education and entertainment. It is not professional advice. Horoscopes are for entertainment and reflection only. Math activities are practice exercises. Historical, vocabulary, language, and pop-culture material may contain errors despite review.
Movement safety
Daily movement prompts are not medical evaluations, fitness certifications, or individualized exercise prescriptions. Use stable equipment and surroundings, select an appropriate level, and stop immediately if something feels unsafe. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning activity when you have a medical condition, injury, symptoms, pregnancy, or uncertainty about exercise.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, bypass payment controls, misuse forms, automate abusive traffic, copy or republish substantial portions of the content library, impersonate another person, or use the service unlawfully. Reasonable personal sharing of spoiler-free results is encouraged.
Intellectual property
The Daily Marbles name, visual design, original copy, software, card selection, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party facts, trademarks, source materials, and linked works remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Daily Marbles disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, a particular learning outcome, physical result, cognitive benefit, or compatibility with every device.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Daily Marbles and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
