The Founding Year Pass costs $9.99 as a one-time payment and provides 365 days of access. It does not renew automatically.

Official Daily Ten

A qualifying day requires completion of all ten official timed questions in the standardized Daily Ten. Each member receives one official attempt per local calendar day. Every player receives the same system-assigned challenge for that date; difficulty cannot be changed. One category is designated the Black Marble and contains the hardest question of the day. Wrong answers and timeouts count as incorrect. Speed is not part of reimbursement eligibility.

The Earn-Back milestones must be completed within one continuous qualifying journey. An unprotected missed calendar day ends the active journey and a new journey begins with the next completed Daily Ten. A previously earned or paid reimbursement is not reversed.

Half Earn-Back

After 50 actual qualifying days, a member who answered at least 400 of the first 500 official questions correctly may request a $5 reimbursement to the original payment method.

Full Earn-Back

After 100 actual qualifying days, a member who answered at least 800 of the first 1,000 official questions correctly may request the remaining $4.99 reimbursement to the original payment method. A member who did not earn the day-50 payment but satisfies the day-100 requirement may be reviewed for the full amount paid, subject to program rules and payment-provider approval.

Milestone Marble Shields

One milestone Shield is earned once per pass at 25, 50, 75 and 100 actual qualifying days.

Referral Marble Shields

A paid member earns two Referral Shields immediately after Stripe verifies a qualifying purchase by a genuinely new member through that paid member’s referral link. The founding referral program is limited to six rewarded referrals, or twelve Referral Shields, per membership year. Self-referrals, duplicate purchasers, automation, misleading promotion and other abuse do not qualify. Daily Marbles may remove unused Shields associated with a refunded, reversed, disputed or fraudulent purchase. Previously displayed historical streaks will not ordinarily be rewritten solely because of a later payment reversal.

Referral invitations disclose that the referring member may receive two Marble Shields if the recipient becomes a paid member.

How Shields work

An available Shield is applied automatically to the first eligible one-day gap. It preserves visible streak continuity but does not add a qualifying day, score, answer, Golden Day or Earn-Back credit, and it cannot repair a poor score. Shields may not cover consecutive missed calendar days.

Morning Desk and headlines

Weather, location time, horoscopes and news headlines are informational or entertainment features and may be delayed, approximate or unavailable. ZIP-area weather is not a safety warning service. Headlines link to third-party publishers, whose content and availability are outside Daily Marbles’ control.

Review and corrections

Eligibility is provisional until reviewed. Daily Marbles may void an ambiguous, incorrect or technically defective question without disadvantaging the player. Attempts involving automation, answer sharing, duplicate accounts, clock manipulation or other abuse may be disqualified after review. We may request reasonable identity and purchase verification.

Availability

The Earn-Back and referral programs are available only where lawful and while supported by our payment provider. Material changes will be disclosed prospectively. No participant may receive more than the amount originally paid under the Earn-Back program.

The Daily Move is optional general activity, not medical advice. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or unusual discomfort. Horoscopes are for entertainment and reflection.
