These rules describe the Daily Marbles Founding Earn-Back Program for eligible purchasers of the $9.99 Founding Year Pass. Effective September 8, 2026.
The Founding Year Pass provides 365 days of access for a one-time $9.99 payment. The maximum total earn-back is $9.99 and access continues through the original expiration date after an approved reimbursement.
Official Daily Ten
A qualifying day requires completion of all ten official timed questions: Word, Language, Math, Science, World Geography, Literature, History, Sports, Pop Culture, and In the News. The category answer windows total 159 seconds. The Daily Horoscope and Daily Move are extras and do not affect accuracy or earn-back eligibility.
50-day half earn-back
After 50 actual completed Daily Ten days, the member must have at least 400 correct answers out of the 500 official questions completed, equal to 80% cumulative accuracy. Once verified, the member is eligible for a $5.00 reimbursement.
100-day full earn-back
After 100 actual completed Daily Ten days, the member must have at least 800 correct answers out of the 1,000 official questions completed, equal to 80% cumulative accuracy. Once verified, the member is eligible for the remaining $4.99 reimbursement.
Accuracy and timing
Correct answers determine earn-back eligibility. Response time does not affect the 80% threshold and is used only for game results, rankings, or tie-breakers. A timeout is ordinarily recorded as an incorrect answer. The first submitted answer is final.
Marble Shields
One Marble Shield is earned after 25, 50, 75, and 100 actual completed Daily Ten days. A Shield may preserve continuity for one entirely missed calendar day. A Shield does not add a qualifying day, ten questions, points, correct answers, accuracy, or a Golden Marble Day. It cannot replace an attempted day, repair a low score, or reverse a timeout.
A Shield must be earned before the missed day. Shields may not cover consecutive missed days. Daily Marbles may limit automatic use to one Shield in a rolling 30-day period. A verified service outage may protect affected streaks without consuming a Shield.
Official attempts and verification
Only one official Daily Ten attempt per member per calendar day counts. Eligibility is subject to verification of the original Stripe purchase, completion dates, question versions, answers, timestamps, timeouts, account or device identifiers, and Marble Shield use. Daily Marbles may request reasonable information to confirm ownership of the purchase and may disqualify duplicate, automated, manipulated, shared, refunded, disputed, or otherwise abusive attempts.
The in-product progress display is an estimate during the proof-of-concept period. It is not itself approval of a reimbursement. Daily Marbles will review the official record before issuing money.
Corrections and voided questions
Daily Marbles may void or correct a materially inaccurate, ambiguous, improperly loaded, or otherwise invalid question. A voided question will be handled in a manner intended not to disadvantage the player and may be removed from the applicable numerator and denominator. Recalculated results control.
Reimbursement process
Eligible members should receive claim instructions at the checkout email or may contact contact@thedailymarbles.com. Approved reimbursements will be returned to the original payment method when practicable. No separate claim fee is charged. Processing time may depend on verification and the payment provider.
Program integrity and changes
Daily Marbles may pause enrollment, correct errors, prevent abuse, or revise prospective rules. A material adverse change will not be applied retroactively to a member’s already completed qualifying days except when necessary to correct an error, comply with law, or protect program integrity. The program may be limited to a founding cohort or enrollment period disclosed at purchase.
No tournament prize in this program
The Founding Earn-Back Program is limited to reimbursement of the member’s original purchase price. It does not itself provide entry into or payment of a separate cash-prize tournament. Any future competition will have separate eligibility rules and terms.
